GLI had an exciting opportunity in 2018 to expand on their small but growing residential portfolio. 

 2016-2017 saw a prestigious refurbishment project in Norden following from Northform Contracting,  GLI are now undertaking the remedial works involved to maintain the highly regarded development.

2020 may allow GLI to expand with a new executive  hotel development in Stafford acting on behalf of the main contractor.  The development will accommodate 10  suites with high specification over two floors, including back of house and commercial areas. 

At GLI we have the capacity to undertake Groundwork, Formwork and Civils for any construction. We have experience in substructures comprising of installation of new drainage systems, alterations to existing drainage systems, Aco drians and soakaways, all associated reinforced concrete along with temporary timber formwork and corriform.

GLI has the knowledge and resources on hand to support specialist steel fixing. From 1 ton to 1000 tonnes GLI always pay strict attention to detail.

Most recently GLI have provided and fixed over 200 tonnes of steel reinforcement on a fast track new build warehouse for Screwfix comprising of ground beams, pile caps and slab construction. Running into 2019 GLI will deliver the new water treatment plant for West Yorkshire water involving 624 tonnes of highly intricate designs.

GLI can assist you on all of your demolition needs from coring a 52mm hole to cutting out a 300m2 slab for a new escalator atrium or new staircase void. We are able to support the removal of shop fronts, roof canopy's, all internal structures and finishes including fixtures and fittings.
